Job summary

TrulyHired seeks a Network Manager (11-month) to coordinate installation and ongoing management of instructional and non-instructional school networks. You will train users, ensure backups, supervise outside vendors, and maintain documentation.

You will develop and apply network procedures, support hardware/software, organize inventory, and align technology plans with the district’s goals, collaborating with teachers and staff.

Qualifications

• 60+ college credits or an Associate's degree or higher required.
• Bachelor's degree and Florida teaching certificate recommended.
• Successful technical training or experience administering local area networks required.
• Due to the need to train and support classroom teachers, less than a teaching degree greatly diminishes credibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, operation and management of school networks.
• Plan, design and install future network expansions.
• Install and maintain network hardware/software; configure local workstations as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and trainers; ensure timely backups and documentation.
