Job summary

Meeting Street Schools is seeking an IT Administrator to support technology across all networked classrooms and staff. This salaried, exempt role reports to the Senior IT Administrator and helps maintain infrastructure, improve student and classroom experiences, and increase operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of IT support or network administration, strong communication skills, and a commitment to our mission of empowering students through excellent education.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite.
• Demonstrated success supporting technology infrastructure in a complex organization with high service expectations.
• Commitment to the mission and core values of Meeting Street Schools and an unwavering belief that all students can succeed.
• 4+ years, or equivalent, of proven experience in IT Support and Network Administration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold proactive hardware inventory and device setup processes.
• Manage internet network access and security; provide staff training on software.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with clear timelines.
• Provide on-site Audio/Visual support for school events and testing days.
• Coordinate with MSS network and school district as applicable.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of staff technology accounts and access.
