Job summary

The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an IT Network Administrator to maintain and secure the organization's network, systems, and technology infrastructure. This full-time role reports to the IT Director and requires on-site work.

Responsibilities include managing Cisco networking gear, VMware environments, and cloud and on-premise systems, while delivering high-level end-user support and collaborating across departments to drive IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of four years IT experience supporting network and systems infrastructure.
• Certifications preferred (VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA).
• Experience in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of information security, disaster recovery, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the organization’s information security program.
• Manage network and server infrastructure including Cisco gear and storage.
• Develop backup and disaster recovery procedures for business continuity.
• Collaborate with IT team and stakeholders on projects and improvements.
• Provide Tier III end-user support and resolve complex issues.
