Qualifications

• Three+ years experience at MSP or in-house IT for SMB or corporate entity.
• Programming/development/scripting skills are highly desirable but not required.
• Able to provide own transportation for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support on computer systems and clinical equipment.
• Manage internal and external IT services and vendor relationships.
• Lead software and operating system installations and user training.
• Maintain records of asset inventories and service agreements.
• Participate in the design and implementation of network security.
