You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and account access; manage Active Directory/Entra ID and Microsoft 365, deploy devices, and document resolutions.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, hardware, printers, networking, and mobile devices.
• Experience managing user accounts in AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms and ticketing systems.
• Ability to document support activities clearly and precisely.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to employees via Zendesk, phone, email, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and account access issues.
• Deploy and support Windows PCs and mobile devices; manage assets.
• Configure and maintain AD/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and security groups.
• Document steps and resolutions; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Assist with IT projects, rollouts, and process improvements.
