Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator in Dallas to provide on-site and remote IT support, handling a range of tasks from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting. You will play a key role in maintaining high IT service standards and collaborating with clients and technicians.

The role requires strong experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting, Server 2016–2025, VMware/Hyper-V, M365, Azure, and network infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Must work full-time on-site at company office or client locations.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
• Experience with Server 2016–2025.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
• Proficient in firewall rules, VLANs, access points, and VPN tunnels.
• Minimum five years in IT support or similar.
• Advanced understanding of networks, firewalls, and virtualization.
• MSPs experience is highly desirable.
• Active Network Certifications preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for client visits.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve workstation OS issues with minimal assistance.
• Address printer and basic business app issues.
• Troubleshoot line-of-business apps (e.g., SAGE ERP, QuickBooks).
• Handle M365 administration issues.
• Resolve server and virtualization issues.
• Troubleshoot networking issues.
• Serve as escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support as required.

Job Description

Join Intelligent Technical Solutions, a dynamic and growing company, as our Network Administrator. We're looking for a collaborative problem-solver with excellent customer service skills and a detail-oriented mindset. In this role, you'll be pivotal in providing both onsite and remote IT support, ensuring our clients receive top-notch technical assistance. You'll handle a range of tasks, from system updates to hands-on troubleshooting, playing a critical role in maintaining our high standards of IT service.

Job Responsibilities

This role is expected to be able to resolve the following technical issues with little or no assistance:

• Workstation operating system issues of any kind.
• Printer issues of any kind.
• Standard business application (Office, etc.) issues of any kind.
• Line-of-business application issues for common applications (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks), and for more niche applications with vendor assistance.
• M365 administration issues of any kind.
• Server issues of any kind.
• Networking issues of any kind.
• Escalation point for technicians.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend support for onsite and remote operations.

Job Qualifications

• Willing to work full-time on-site, either at the company office or client locations as required.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Experience with Server 2016 through 2025.
• Experience with VMWare and Hyper V Virtualization.
• Experience supporting M365 and Azure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Entra Admin Center.
• Proficient in Firewall rules, VLAN configuration, access point support and administration, and VPN tunnels.
• Minimum of five years experience in IT Support or a similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, Network architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Advanced understanding of managing, and troubleshooting networks.
• Advanced understanding of virtualized environments.
• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
• Active Network Certifications are preferred.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Job KPI's

• CSAT: Scores filled out by clients using the rating system in tickets.
• Quality Score: Assessments performed by the training and quality team.
• Utilization: Hours entered into tickets in the ticketing system.
• Hours / Ticket: Average number of hours entered per service ticket.
• First-touch closed: Tickets completed with one time entry.

Compensation

Pay rates start at $37.95/hour up to $42.90/hour and vary by experience and location.
