Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the Deliver product team within the Global Vision ERP product group and provide platform stewardship for the Global Surgical Vision ERP platform. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years ERP or supply chain technology experience including SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience leading global ERP deployments from design to go-live and hypercare.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Order-to-Cash and Deliver capabilities.
• Familiarity with ABAP, Basis, security, integration/middleware, and cloud tech.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate vision, strategy, and roadmap for Global Vision Deliver and Surgical Vision ERP.
• Lead intake, discovery, prioritization, estimation, and portfolio planning with stakeholders.
• Balance customer value, regulatory needs, and technical feasibility when setting priorities.
• Maintain a clear backlog of features, enablers, and technical debt.
• Coordinate release calendars, governance, and deployment readiness.
