Job Responsibilities -

- Cascade IT goals to IT managers and their teams, to define objectives and milestones
Design, implement and monitor a digital IT strategy
- Assess current capabilities, performance and digital readiness

- Oversee the design and maintenance of an IT programmes / projects’ portfolio
- Analyse programme / project status, risks, issues and dependencies and provide clear, actionable recommendations to increase the likelihood of on-time, on-budget and in-scope delivery
- Analyse and report programme and project progress including KPI performance
- Communicate status reports to top management
Direct the optimization of IT policies, procedures and processes
- Oversee the implementation of IT policies, procedures and processes
- Ensure the compliance with internal IT P&Ps
- Ensure the compliance of IT processes with Delegated Authority Matrix and Conduct of Conduct
- Ensure the compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Direct the design and implementation of an information security platform
- Oversee the design and implementation of IT security controls and guidelines
- Maintain an IT Security incidents’ profile
- Ensure the completeness of documents related to internal / External IT Security assessments
- Report and escalate IT Security incidents to IT management on a weekly / ad-hoc basis
Manage IT systems’ Audit
- Perform yearly audit of all IT assets and processes covering data, systems, roles and responsibilities and partners / suppliers
Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure that all internal stakeholders’ requirements have been considered in IT services’ delivery
- Provide tailored status reports on IT initiatives and projects to top management and internal stakeholders as per management levels
- Communicate with external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, regulators) and provide reports as required
Provide data analysis and interpretation
- Provide data management capabilities

People Management

Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any other IT related field
- MS/M-Tech or MBA in Management or Systems (advantageous)
- IT Best practices certification (ITIL, COBIT or ISO)
Knowledge-
- IT Governance, IT Infrastructure Management and project management
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Vendor management, insure procure to pay process tracking and compliance such as BOQ, RFQ, RFP and invoice payment tracking. Also tracking of vendor KPI performance.
- Office / Site Management: Oversee general office IT operations, including management of local IT staff, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for IT staff members as needed
- Management of IT employee on boarding process.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Facilitate communication between departments and team members, ensuring timely and effective information flow
- Coordinate logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences
- Documentation and Compliance: Assist with the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping practices are followed
- Project Support: Provide support to project teams by assisting with project coordination, documentation, and tracking of tasks and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget

Technical Competencies -
- IT Processes, Policies and Procedures
- IT Compliance
- IT Service management standards (ex: ITIL, ISO 20000)
- Governance / Risk management standards (ex: ISO 31000, COBIT, COSO)
- Strong experience with Azure cloud technologies such as (but not limited to) Azure Entra ID, App service, Databricks, Storage Account, Virtual Machine, Azure recovery services, networking components.
- Strong knowledge of Enterprise applications and SSO configurations.
- Knowledge of security tools management such as Sentinel One or any other.
- Strong experience in backup administration using tools such as Veeam Backup, Cloudaily.
- Strong experience in monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Logic Monitoring etc.
- Strong understanding of Networking protocols such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS and SFTP.
- Strong experience in Endpoint security using Trendmicro, macfee & defender.
- Strong experience in endpoint management / MDM tool such as MDM -Zoho, Microsoft Intune.
- Strong knowledge of Patch management and vulnerability remediation.
- Should have knowledge of Automations using PowerShell scripting.
- Should be good in maintaining SOPs and documentation.
- Should be well versed with ITIL process and ticketing tool such as Freshworks, Service-Now, other ticketing tools.
Technical Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience in Linux operating systems troubleshooting.
- Experience with SOC or other common IT regulatory standards.
- Experience with AWS/GCP cloud services.
- Experience in Office365 Administration and support.
- Experience on Azure DevOps.
Expereince -
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT governance and management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a team (virtual team -advantageous)
- Experience working with a global or multinational company in a relevant sector or industry
