Job summary

Temple University's ITS Department invites applications for an IT Manager, Business Applications in Institutional Advancement. This role leads technology solutions supporting fundraising, alumni engagement, and donor relations, managing Salesforce, reporting, data analysis, and development work.

You will partner with advancement leaders, prioritize work, optimize business processes, and deliver reliable systems that advance the university's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field with at least 4 years of related technical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology solutions for fundraising and alumni engagement.
• Manage Salesforce application support, business reporting, data analysis, and application development.
• Serve as the primary technology partner for the Institutional Advancement division.
• Prioritize work, improve business processes, and deliver reliable technology solutions.
• Align technology initiatives with the institution's mission.
