Job summary

USITT seeks a motivated IT professional to internalize information technology and systems administration. You will help build and maintain digital tools powering programs, member services, and operations with a focus on Salesforce and Nimble AMS.

Collaborate with leadership, staff, and vendors to deliver reliable, accessible technology solutions. Experience with APIs, back-end development, and data integrity is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration, Flow, Apex; Nimble AMS or HubSpot a plus.
• Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, PHP; RESTful APIs familiar.
• Understanding of relational databases, Git version control, strong comms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications supporting programs and member services.
• Build integrations between Salesforce/Nimble AMS and websites, event platforms, and APIs.
• Configure and maintain AMS, Flow, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
• Collaborate with finance, education, sales, and comms teams to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Ensure accessibility, data quality, and security; participate in vendor reviews.
