Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an IT Manager to own and modernize the internal IT environment across multi-site operations. You will blend hands-on delivery with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and strategic planning to support US and international operations.

The role focuses on leading the help desk, managing Microsoft 365/Azure AD, optimizing systems, and delivering upgrades and security measures while ensuring business continuity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
• 2+ years in IT leadership/management.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure AD experience.
• Windows Server and virtualization experience.
• LAN/WAN, VPN and firewall knowledge.
• Cybersecurity, MFA, endpoint and backup experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Multi-site environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations
• Lead internal help desk and user support
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD and business systems
• Own cybersecurity, access control and endpoint protection
• Manage IT vendors, MSPs and service providers
• Deliver system upgrades and technology projects
• Oversee IT assets, licensing and hardware lifecycle
• Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
