Optomi, in partnership with an innovative organization, is seeking a seasoned IT Manager to lead technology operations and engineering efforts.

This role is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and reliable IT services while managing a hybrid team of internal engineers and managed service partners. The IT Manager will align technology platforms with business objectives, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure a high-quality end-user experience.

Experience of the right candidate

• Extensive background in IT operations, infrastructure, and cloud environments
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and MSP/vendor relationships
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 (E3/E5), Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, Cloud Apps, and the broader M365 ecosystem
• Hands‑on experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure, including VMs, storage, databases, networking, and identity management
• Experience delivering integrated SaaS and enterprise solutions
• Solid understanding of security, compliance, and governance practices

Responsibilities of the right candidate

• Oversee daily IT operations across cloud services, SaaS platforms, and support functions
• Lead and develop a high‑performing IT team with clear priorities and accountability
• Define and enforce operational standards, SLAs, and service processes
• Manage identity, access controls, and security configurations across the environment
