Job summary

Loews Regency New York Hotel is seeking an IT Manager to lead and support the hotel's technology environment on the Upper East Side. You will oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and guest tech, ensuring systems reliability, security, and performance to support operations and the guest experience.

This role requires 3+ years of IT management experience in hospitality, a four-year degree or equivalent, and strong virtualization, networking, and PMS/POS knowledge.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of IT management experience in hospitality.
• Experience with virtualization and hyperconverged technologies.
• Certifications in technical or business areas preferred.
• Strong server infrastructure knowledge.
• End-user hardware and software expertise.
• Networking knowledge: switches, routers, APs.
• Familiarity with PMS and POS interfaces.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT infrastructure, applications, and support services for hotel operations.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of IT environment.
• Lead projects with Regional IT Leadership and Corporate IT teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs to support operations.
• Oversee asset provisioning, access control, and disposal of retired assets.
• Maintain compliance with corporate policies and licensing.
• Provide 24/7 availability for critical systems.
• Attend mandatory trainings and adapt to changing needs.
