Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
• Strong knowledge of network administration, database management and information security protocols.
• Experience managing a team and working with external vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of our information technology systems.
• Ensure the security of our systems through regular updates and backups.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity through new technologies.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for hardware, software and other technology needs.
