Job summary

Performance Food Group’s Performance Foodservice division is hiring an IT/Systems supervisor to direct development and production activities, define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. You will interact with customers, vendors, and management to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires supervising staff, evaluating technologies, and coordinating budgets while driving service improvements and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Four to six years' IT/Systems experience with team lead or supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience coordinating development and production activities in information systems.
• Strong problem-solving and vendor/customer collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Consults with management to identify opportunities and determine solutions.
• Researches and evaluates new and existing technologies.
• Promotes and improves services in collaboration with management.
• Ensures policy objectives are met and supports users with assistance.
• Maintains knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
• Understands financial implications of decisions and helps meet budgets.
• Uses analytical skills to solve problems and optimize performance.
• Manages multiple priorities and ongoing projects.
