You will partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and align IT initiatives with objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and 8+ years of IT experience.
• Experience leading IT teams, vendors, and multiple projects.
• Expert knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and support practices.
• Strong project management, vendor management, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT personnel, MSPs, and day-to-day IT operations.
• Lead vendors in root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and staff development.
• Drive implementation of innovative technology solutions and platforms.
• Manage lifecycle of system changes from requirements to maintenance.
• Ensure audit, governance, and internal control compliance.
• Maintain understanding of enterprise systems, infrastructure, and architecture.
• Oversee IT projects, procurement, budgeting, and risk management.
• Contribute to IT governance and strategic technology planning.
• Promote cybersecurity and secure technology practices.
