Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• 6–10 years IT/Systems experience with team lead or supervisory role (preferred).
• PMP Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and problem resolution.
• Consults with managerial and systems analysis personnel to identify opportunities, suggest changes and determine solutions.
• Researches and evaluates new and existing technology to implement.
• Confers with management to evaluate, promote and improve services.
• Ensures policy objectives are met and coaches users to provide necessary support.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
• Understand financial implications of management decisions and meet budget expectations.
• Use strong analytical skills and solve problems through analytical reasoning.
• Maximize the performance of people and equipment.
• Manage multiple priorities and ongoing projects.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Description

Directs and coordinates development and production activities of information systems department. Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interprets an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deals with several abstract and concrete variables. Interacts with customers, members, vendors, other outside companies, associates, and management Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty to best serve the company.
