Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Manager, Network Services to lead the enterprise network strategy and daily operations across data centers, WAN, cloud, and related infrastructure. You will supervise network engineers, contractors, and service providers while guiding modernization initiatives.

The role emphasizes reliability, performance, security, and mentorship to build high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in progressively responsible leadership roles.
Results‑oriented and accountable.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Customer‑focused with an emphasis on service excellence.
Ability to build high‑performing teams and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

Execute the strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise network services.
Evaluate and implement emerging network technologies.
Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and human error.
Serve as a senior escalation point during critical network incidents.
Design, implement, and support: SD-WAN, LAN, Data center networking, Wireless infrastructure.
Ensure network reliability, performance, scalability, observability, and security.
Implement and enforce network security policies and compliance requirements.
Participate in security assessments and audits.
Assist with budget planning, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network professionals and managed service partners.
Collaborate with business and IT leaders to deliver high-quality network services.
