Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead daily IT operations, oversee infrastructure, and align technology with business goals. The role requires hands-on leadership to guide an IT team, manage service delivery, and partner with vendors while advancing cybersecurity and efficiency.

You’ll oversee hardware/software Asset management, drive process improvements, and ensure reliable systems across Windows and Mac environments, supporting a security‑minded organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
• 4+ years in IT operations, systems analysis, or related field.
• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS platforms and web applications.
• Ability to document and improve business IT processes.
• Experience administering telecommunications/VoIP and MDM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the IT team, recruiting, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee IT service delivery including help desk and incidents.
• Manage IT projects from planning through completion with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate third-party partners and MSPs for cloud, network, and telecom.
• Monitor IT infrastructure for performance, reliability, and uptime.
• Strengthen cybersecurity and enforce security practices.
