PalAmerican seeks a highly skilled IT Manager to lead the delivery and support of technology services across multiple US locations. This on-site, full-time role offers a dynamic work environment with strong benefits and opportunities to shape IT strategy.

You will oversee IT operations, security, and governance, mentor distributed teams, and partner with business leaders to translate requirements into practical solutions that drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT operations, infrastructure, and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint and identity management.
• Experience managing multi-site or distributed IT teams.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT service delivery across US operations.
• Oversee IT infrastructure: networks, servers, cloud, telecom.
• Mentor US-based IT teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into solutions.
• Plan and execute technology projects and upgrades.
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
• Monitor technology budgets and identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to promote innovation.
