PalAmerican Security seeks a highly skilled IT Manager to lead the delivery and support of cutting-edge technology services across multiple US locations. On-site, full-time role with comprehensive benefits and paid time off, located in Chicago, IL.

You will grow IT operations, cybersecurity, and team leadership while partnering with business stakeholders to drive success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, and team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; relevant certifications a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint and identity management, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing multi-site or distributed support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT service delivery across US operations, ensuring reliable and customer-focused support.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and telecommunications.
• Manage and mentor US-based IT teams, contractors, and service providers to foster accountability and growth.
• Act as a primary technology partner for business leaders, translating needs into practical solutions.
• Plan and execute technology projects, upgrades, and business-driven initiatives.
• Support cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management efforts aligned with governance policies.
• Monitor technology budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency and service improvement.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to promote innovation and standardization.
