Job summary

Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is seeking an IT Manager to oversee day-to-day technology operations, reliability, and security across our North Dakota campuses. You will lead the IT team, work with departments to meet technology needs, and translate strategy into reliable services.

The role requires collaboration with clinical and administrative areas, budgeting responsibilities, and a focus on data protection and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressive information technology experience including hands-on enterprise networking and two years in lead or senior capacity.
• Experience with multi-site network architectures and healthcare or human-services IT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, security, and reliability across all sites.
• Lead and supervise IT team including Systems Administrator and IT Coordinators.
• Develop annual infrastructure plans and budgets; track KPIs for IT operations.
• Manage network, telephony, security, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure HIPAA, CARF, PCI compliance readiness.
