Lillio (formerly HiMama) is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Technology to oversee the efficient operation of IT infrastructure in North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a SaaS environment, managing IT support, and experience in implementing advanced technologies. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and leading IT projects. The salary range is $85,000 - $95,000 per year. Health benefits, paid time off, and stock options are included.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years experience in a SaaS company, leading IT support and business technology.
• Prior experience taking a company to achieve SOC2 type 1 and 2 compliance.
• Experience working cross-border, with both US and Canadian teams.

Responsibilities

• Setting up all IT support systems; evaluating of current technology stack.
• Managing day to day IT support with team members and vendors.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive IT strategies that align with objectives.
• Ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient IT support.
