Job summary

Lake Superior Community Health Center in Minnesota seeks an Information Technology Manager to oversee the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of IT systems that support clinical staff in caring for patients.

This role leads desktop, network, and vendor support across four locations, manages IT assets and budgets, develops policies, and coordinates technology installations to sustain reliable care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health and Dental Records and UDS Reporting Database software.
• Familiarity with AD, 365, Group Policy creation and Azure.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and speak before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily Help Desk functions and coordinate with network hosting vendor.
• Provide technical support for internal staff via phone, email, or live demonstration.
• Install, configure, and support Windows desktops, laptops and related hardware.
• Procure IT equipment and maintain IT asset inventory across four clinics.
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures.
• Coordinate technology installations, upgrades and maintenance across sites.
