Forgen is seeking an IT Manager to oversee IT Service and Infrastructure across North America, ensuring hardware, software, networks, and servers perform reliably. You will supervise 1–4 direct reports and serve as the main point of contact for ITSM planning, projects, budgets, incidents, and system issues.

The role emphasizes best practices, vendor negotiations, disaster recovery, and policy development, with a flexible work model and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5+ years as IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
• ITIL Foundations v4
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with a wide range of IT tools and hardware; ability to develop IT policies and guide implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of IT standards and interdependencies; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service and infrastructure value chains and budgets.
• Supervise 1–4 direct reports.
• Plan, implement, and improve IT policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and service requests; manage vendor relationships.
• Lead best practice processes, tool adoption, and technical support.
