Job summary

Forgen is hiring an HRIS Manager to lead our HRIS strategy, implementation, and ongoing management. You will ensure data integrity, security, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You’ll partner with Finance, HR, IT, Payroll, and leaders to optimize HR technology, streamline processes, and support growth through scalable solutions. This is an office-based role with opportunities for process improvements and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of HRIS/HR tech experience.
• Proven experience managing HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Heavy Job, Workday, UKG, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, benefits, talent management).
• Technical & Analytical expertise: manage HR systems, analyze data, and generate insights.
• Project Management: lead cross-functional projects and system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Forgen’s HRIS platforms: configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and integrations.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new HR technology solutions.
• Ensure systems support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, time-keeping, compliance.
• Maintain data accuracy through audits, governance practices.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights for workforce planning and HR decisions.
• Lead HRIS implementations and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
