Job summary

Forgen is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own CMiC and related enterprise applications for our Centennial, CO operations. You will translate field and project workflows into configuration, reporting, and user enablement, serving as an embedded partner to operating groups without direct reports.

The role focuses on CMiC Financials, Project Management, HR/Payroll, and data governance, with a governance mindset toward security, audits, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field.
• Four to seven years of related experience administering or supporting enterprise business applications.
• Three or more years in a project-based industry working with operations or field teams.
• Hands-on functional experience with CMiC or similar ERP; CMiC preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate stakeholder needs into configuration.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL or similar.
• Willingness to travel to offices and project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operating groups to map how work gets done and validate process changes.
• Administer security roles, user access, and workflow approvals in CMiC and related modules.
• Maintain master data integrity across charts of accounts, cost codes, and project setup.
• Design reports and dashboards to support Operations, Accounting, and leadership.
• Provide end-user training and maintain documentation and change logs.
