Job summary

Forgen seeks an HRIS Manager to lead strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of our HRIS landscape in Denver, CO. You will ensure data integrity, security, and analytics to enable data-driven HR decisions while partnering with Finance, HR, IT, Payroll, and business leaders.

You will own system lifecycle, evaluate new HR tech, and drive adoption across recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and performance processes.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, or related roles.
• Experience managing HRIS platforms (ADP/Workday/UKG/SAP/Oracle) and integrations.
• Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and talent management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Forgen's HRIS platforms, including configuration, maintenance, upgrades and integrations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support workforce planning and HR decisions.
• Lead HRIS implementations and upgrades with internal teams and vendors.
• Partner with IT, Finance, HR and vendors to optimize system performance and security.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management across HR processes.
