Maven AGI is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to own the day-to-day technology experience for employees. This role ensures our internal systems, devices, offices, and infrastructure run smoothly as the company grows.

You will be one of the primary owners of IT, supporting employees and improving systems, including identity and access management, laptops, SaaS apps, and office networking. The role emphasizes automation and scalable IT practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, IT operations, or related field.
• Experience owning day-to-day IT for in-office or hybrid workforce.
• Strong IAM experience (Okta or similar).
• Experience managing devices in a Mac-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations and employee support.
• Onboard/offboard employees and provision accounts and devices.
• Manage IAM and secure access to tools and systems.
• Manage company devices and endpoints with Jamf Pro.
• Administer SaaS apps and internal systems.
