Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services at UNC Charlotte is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Manager to ensure campus IT operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the liaison between Chartwells Higher Ed and the UNCC client IT team, delivering quality service to our customers.

With Chartwells' growth trajectory, there is potential to advance professionally and make an immediate impact on our food service operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to define and execute change strategies.
• Strong multi-project organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and develop IT systems and services for optimal performance.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality across systems.
• Recommend system management improvements and upgrades.
• Manage and direct IT projects and liaise with client IT teams.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement strategic IT plans.
