Job summary

Chartwells Higher Education is seeking an IT Manager to ensure campus IT operations run smoothly at UNC Charlotte. You will act as the liaison between Chartwells Higher Ed and the UNCC IT team, maintaining systems and data security.

The role offers on-site work with opportunities to advance in a fast-growing division and collaborate with campus partners to improve dining tech experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of IT management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support, and develop IT systems and services on campus.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality of systems and data.
• Lead IT projects and coordinate with UNCC client IT team.
• Provide training and support to staff on new technologies.
• Conduct regular audits of IT systems and vendors.
