Job summary

OLIPOP is seeking an IT Manager who will drive the company’s technology strategy, governance, and scalable infrastructure. You will partner with leadership to align IT initiatives with business growth, manage budgets, and ensure secure, reliable systems across cloud platforms.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on SaaS lifecycle, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, security, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing IT operations in a cloud-first, SaaS-heavy environment.
• Strong knowledge of modern IT and security tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT projects and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute OLIPOP's IT strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Oversee vendor management from sourcing to contract negotiations and renewals.
• Manage IT budget planning, spend optimization, and ROI reporting.
• Oversee daily IT operations across cloud platforms, networking, endpoints, and security.
• Drive SaaS lifecycle management, onboarding, access control, renewals, and integrations.
• Lead cross-functional IT projects from scoping to delivery and documentation.
