Enterprise Mobility is seeking an IT Manager to lead the Data Integration team, ensuring 24/7 support, reliability, and security of our data replication environment. You will drive strategic plans and mentor engineers to achieve operational excellence.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to align IT operations with organizational goals, manage incidents end-to-end, and partner with vendors to optimize integration workflows across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of related IT experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical professionals in a complex environment.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work CST core hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee 24/7 support of the Data Integration environment.
• Drive continuous improvement of data integration infrastructure.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to align objectives.
• Manage incident resolution and root-cause analysis.
