Ollie's is seeking an IT Product Manager to drive the execution and delivery of technology-driven development initiatives. Under senior IT leadership, this role manages definition, scope, and design for new product software and enhancements across ERP, custom web apps, and third-party SaaS solutions.

You will prioritize a cross-functional roadmap, collaborate with business and technical teams, and guide the SDLC from concept to deployment to align with business goals across a multi-platform

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in product management or closely related role.
• Experience leading software development projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC requirements and documentation practices.
• Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop product requirements and a prioritized roadmap with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain the product backlog reflecting stakeholder needs.
• Facilitate prioritization of development tasks for timely delivery of high-impact features.
• Collaborate with business, technical teams, and external vendors for delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams through SDLC phases for timely feature delivery.
• Document and validate platform requirements to ensure correct functionality.
