Job summary

Anthropic's Corporate Systems team manages the core collaboration platforms and IT tooling. This role leads IT due diligence for acquisitions, assesses environments, and delivers a clear integration plan for near- and post-close work.

You'll code, automate, and run cutovers, bringing acquired teams and devices onto our stack. Collaborating with Security, Corporate Development, Legal, People, and Finance, you’ll apply Claude-based automation as it matures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as hands-on engineer in corporate IT.
• Experience administering enterprise identity and collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, SSO).
• Ability to read unfamiliar IT environments quickly and present risk to non-specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical IT due diligence: assess identity, apps, endpoints, infrastructure, and brief the deal team on risk and effort before close.
• Find gaps between acquired environment and Anthropic's security model; rate them and embed mitigations into the integration plan.
• Define the technical integration plan and its requirements: what moves, where it lands, order, and what is ready on day one.
• Run the integration: administer, migrate people, devices, data, retire unused components; coordinate with IT Engineering teams as needed.
• Collaborate with Business Technology, Client Platform, Corporate Network, IT Operations, and Security on their parts of each integration.
• Keep Corporate Development, Legal, People, Finance, and the acquired company's team informed on IT status.
• Build a repeatable IT M&A playbook and automate as much as possible with Claude.
• When M&A work is light, contribute to core Corporate Systems projects.
