Job summary

Anthropic seeks an experienced hands-on IT engineer to own the IT side of corporate M&A, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution. You will run migrations of people, devices, and data, and automate repeatable diligence tasks with Claude.

The role requires ownership of end-to-end IT integrations, collaboration with Security, Legal, and Finance, and direct contribution to the Corporate Systems roadmap. Strong Python coding and SaaS API experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a hands-on engineer in corporate IT.
• Experience administering enterprise identity and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and an SSO provider.
• Working code in Python or similar against SaaS APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical IT due diligence: assess identity, apps, endpoints, and infrastructure; brief deal team on risk and effort before close.
• Define and build the integration plan that covers what moves, where it lands, order, and day-one readiness.
• Run the integration: administer, migrate people/devices/data, retire excess systems, with cross‑team support as needed.
• Lead cross‑functional IT diligence and M&A playbook automation, including Claude-based tooling.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, People, Finance, and Security throughout the process.
