Job summary

Oracle WMS techno functional AMS Consultant needed in Erlanger, KY, on-site. The contract spans 2 months 10 days, with 10+ years in SCM modules and deep Oracle WMS experience. You will support inbound/shipping, perform RCA, and drive incidents closure with SLA adherence.

Strong English communication and the ability to work second shift from 2 PM to 10 PM EST are required. Benefits are included. Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Oracle WMS techno-functional consultant with 10+ years in SCM modules (WMS, OM, Inventory, Purchasing).
• Strong PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports and XML Publisher knowledge.
• Understand Warehouse Management processes and provide WMS solutions in Oracle EBS.
• Experience on inbound and shipping within Oracle WMS and at least 2 implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for Warehouse Management Systems and interfaces.
• Troubleshoot WMS issues, interfaces, and integration failures.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents across receiving, putaway, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations to understand business issues and deliver timely resolutions.
• Monitor daily warehouse transactions and identify bottlenecks affecting efficiency.
• Conduct RCA and implement corrective/preventive actions; support month/quarter/year-end warehouse activities.

Oracle EBS WMS Techno-functional consultant with 10+ years of excellent knowledge in SCM modules like WMS,OM, Inventory, Purchasing.

Good knowledge in PL SQL,Oracle MSCA, Intellinum, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher.

Understand the current business process of Warehouse Management functions and provide WMS solutioning in Oracle EBS.

Must have worked on Oracle WMS Inbound and shipping process.

Must have worked on at least 2 Oracle WMS Implementation project.

Provide Level 2 application support for Warehouse Management Systems.

Troubleshoot WMS application issues, interfaces, and integration failures.

Analyze and resolve production incidents related to receiving, putaway, inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting processes.

Work closely with warehouse operations teams to understand business issues and provide timely resolutions.

Monitor daily warehouse transactions and identify process bottlenecks impacting operational efficiency.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end warehouse activities

Ensure adherence to SLAs for incident, problem, and change management processes.

Coordinate with infrastructure, middleware, development, and vendor teams for issue resolution.

Ability to be able to work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders, multiple teams.

Ability to express fluently in English is a must. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in the Second shift from 2 PM to 10 PM EST.

Experience: 10+ years

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour.
