Job summary

Enterprise Mobility Information Technology Division offers a Summer 2027 Internship Program designed to provide real-world, hands-on IT experience. The structured 10-week program blends in-office and virtual work, with interns residing in the St.

Louis area and onsite 1–2 times per week for group events and activities. You will gain coaching, mentorship, and networking opportunities while tackling real projects.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri area.
• Pursuing a degree in HRM/OD/IO Psychology with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
• Able to work a 40-hour week for the full 10-week program.
• Must reside in the St. Louis area for the duration and come onsite weekly as needed.
• Experience with Storyline, SharePoint, or similar systems.
• Basic understanding of training design and development models.

Responsibilities

• Assist with LMS administration tasks (setting up courses, attendance, reports).
• Draft communications and respond to Talent Development Mailbox.
• Contribute to development of new business line education.
• Update Workshop and Web Based Training content.
• Update SharePoint resources.
• Research and curate online content for technical or professional upskills.
