Job summary

Enterprise Mobility Information Technology Division is hosting a Summer 2027 Internship Program in the St. Louis area. The 10-week program blends in-office and virtual work, with 1–2 onsite days weekly and remote days elsewhere.

Interns gain real-world experience, mentoring, and networking opportunities while supporting accounting and finance projects, invoicing, reconciliations, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Must be able to work a 40-hour week for the 10-week program.
• Must reside in the St. Louis area for duration of the program and come onsite weekly.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a mentor while solving real-world problems.
• Build a lasting professional network through events and activities.
• Interact with company leaders to learn IT strategy and initiatives.
• Assist with invoice processing, expense reviews, and accounting transactions.
• Support account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and journal entries.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and financial analyses.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze actual versus forecasted expenditures and identify variances.
• Assist with data collection, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Learn and apply company accounting policies and internal controls.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
