Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in St. Louis is seeking a Summer IT Internship participant for 2027. You will join our IT Division to gain real-world experience, work on projects with guidance from mentors, and contribute to HR and workforce services tasks.

The program runs 10 weeks from May 24 to July 30, 2027, requires a 40-hour week, and offers coaching, networking, and exposure to IT strategy. Interns may work onsite 1–2 days weekly and remotely on other days, within a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management or Organization Development with a 3.0 GPA.
• Expected graduation December 2027 or May 2028.
• Available to work 40 hours weekly for 10 weeks.
• Must reside in the St. Louis area during the program.
• Previous HR coursework or internship is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR program maintenance and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Coordinate events and support workforce services.
• Help generate weekly/monthly reports for compliance.
• Support in-office and virtual event coordination.
• Order floral arrangements for employee events.
