Job summary

Enterprise Mobility Information Technology Division offers a Summer 2027 Internship Program focused on human resources and IT support. The structured 10-week program combines hands-on projects, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Interns gain real-world experience while contributing to HR operations, reporting, and records management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The internship is hosted both in-office and virtually, requiring residence in the St. Louis area for the duration.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, or related field with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be a current student with expected graduation Dec 2027 or May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Support HR program maintenance and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Assist with personnel records and HR-related file audits.
• Contribute to event coordination and internal communications.
• Generate and validate weekly/monthly reports for compliance and business needs.
