Job summary

The Early Career Leadership Development Program - Information Technology at Eaton is designed for curious problem-solvers who want to use technology to solve real business challenges and make an impact from day one. In this program, you'll gain hands-on experience at manufacturing sites, learning from business and technology leaders while exploring data, AI, and digital tools to move operations forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM or business field from an accredited institution, with graduation date before August 2027
• Minimum of one internship/co-op experience or an equivalent 3 months of IT work experience completed at the time of this application
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States
• This means Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or similar visa plans

Responsibilities

• Rotation 1: Discover the business – step into a key location to understand product, information flow, and technology improvements
• Rotation 2: Build real solutions – deliver a digital, data, AI, or application solution to improve decisions and visibility
• Rotation 3: Lead with impact – own a digital initiative, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes
• Program graduates may move into leadership-track roles such as System/Business Analyst, Data Engineers, or Site Integration
• Longer term roles include IT Product Owners, Program Managers, System Leaders and more
