Eaton Corporation's Early Career Leadership Development Program – Information Technology is designed for STEM and business graduates who want to apply technology to real business challenges. You will work on high-impact IT projects that connect data, AI, and systems to improve operations, with hands-on learning across manufacturing sites and leadership mentoring.

Participants rotate through three manufacturing or business tracks, with 1-2 relocations expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM or business field from an accredited institution, with graduation date before August 2027
• Minimum of one internship/co‑op experience or an equivalent 3 months of IT work experience completed at the time of this application
• Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8
• Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States

Responsibilities

• Explore how data, AI, digital tools, and connected systems help teams work smarter, make better decisions, and improve how products are made and delivered
• Complete three manufacturing or business based rotations, with 1-2 relocations expected during the program
• Lead a digital initiative implementation for a manufacturing site or functional team, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes
