Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Program – Information Technology - Hybrid is a fast-track rotational program for IT grads. You’ll join our IT team, participate in three 8-month rotations onsite across the U.S.

(New Britain, CT) with an AI bootcamp in the first rotation and hands-on opportunities later. You’ll analyze processes, define requirements, and implement AI-enabled solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to drive business value.

Formación

• Foundational knowledge of IT principles, systems development, project management, and analytical problem-solving.
• Prior internship in functional IT area such as Enterprise Architecture, Data Science, Business Insights and Intelligent Automation.
• Interest in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Build foundational knowledge in AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies across IT rotations.
• Analyze business processes, assess needs, and support development of technology solutions.
• Define requirements with stakeholders and IT teams, and recommend technical or AI-enabled solutions.
• Support implementation, testing, documentation, training, and continuous improvement of systems and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate across functions to identify opportunities for innovation and improve business performance through technology.
