Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. invites recent graduates to join the Leadership Program – Information Technology. This hybrid program blends onsite rotations with AI bootcamps across multiple U.S. facilities, including New Britain, CT and Towson, MD.

You’ll build AI, automation, and analytics skills while working on practical technology projects. Expect collaborative teams, structured learning, and opportunities to rotate every 6–12 months, with relocation support as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of IT principles, systems development, project management, and analytical problem-solving.
• Prior internship in functional IT areas (Enterprise Architecture, Data Science, Business Insights, Intelligent Automation).
• Interest in AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools quickly.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, across teams and levels.
• Willing to rotate assignments every 6–12 months; relocation for at least one rotation may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business processes, assess needs, and support development of technology solutions aligning with priorities.
• Define requirements with business stakeholders and IT teams; propose technical or AI-enabled solutions.
• Support implementation, testing, documentation, training, and continuous improvement of systems and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate across functions to identify opportunities for innovation and improve business performance through technology.
