Job summary

LineVision, a grid intelligence company, seeks an Information Technology Lead to own IT security, reliability, and employee experience. You will lead IT service delivery, administration, and compliance, guiding the IT Analyst and coordinating with Security Engineering and Compliance on audit evidence.

You will manage identity, endpoint security, and core SaaS tools, while partnering with HR and Finance on budgeting and provisioning. This role offers autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT operations/systems administration.
• Experience leading a small IT team.
• Hands-on admin with Okta, MDM, and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and Linux endpoints.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service delivery and support with Jira Service Management.
• Build and maintain employee lifecycle workflows.
• Own hardware procurement and asset tracking (Dell/Apple).
• Administer core apps: MDM, Google Workspace, password management, collaboration tools.
• Lead IT security and compliance, including access reviews.
