Responsibilities

• Own Zipliens' IT operations and security execution, including SaaS/device inventories and access management.
• Lead security incident response and disaster recovery planning; manage vendor relationships with IT provider and MSP/MDR.
• Drive policy adoption and compliance, training, and annual policy sign-off with HR.
