Job summary

TensorWave in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced IT leader to build and own our corporate IT function. You will oversee infrastructure, security, systems operations, vendor management, and a growing team while aligning with engineering and data center needs.

You will shape the IT roadmap across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensure SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance, manage budgets, and partner with People Ops and Finance to scale the business responsibly.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure and operations with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven expertise in IT service management, security, and compliance (SOC 2/ISO 27001).
• Strong foundation in network, systems, identity management, and cloud platforms.
• Experience scaling IT ops and hiring/mentoring IT teams.
• Proven success with vendor contracts, budgets, and cost optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own corporate IT, infrastructure, security, operations, and vendor management.
• Lead a ground-up IT team and define career progression and development.
• Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and plan CapEx with Finance.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Data Center, and Infrastructure Engineering.
• Develop a multi-year IT roadmap aligned to business growth and risk controls.
