Job summary

Titan Machinery in the United States is seeking an IT Helpdesk Intern to support desktop, mobile devices, and Office 365 applications while gaining hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.

You will assist with special IT projects, document support calls, and help expand our knowledge base under mentorship from experienced IT staff during the May 18, 2027–August 6, 2027 internship window.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or IT.
• Part-time schedule for 8–12 weeks (35–40 hours/week) during the summer.
• Demonstrates Titan Machinery’s core values.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests.

Responsibilities

• Special Projects: Assist with and/or manage special IT projects as directed
• Technical Support: Provide over-the-phone and in-person support for computer repair, configuration, deployment, and IT asset tracking
• Documentation: Document support calls in our helpdesk software and contribute to expanding our knowledge base
• Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware, software, network, and other equipment issues; research solutions
• Device Support: Support desktop, laptop, Android, and iOS devices
• Application Support: Assist with Office 365 applications, cell phone plans, printing, VOIP telephony, and shipping software
• Communication: Communicate effectively with team members
• Compliance: Follow safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

• In process of obtaining Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT
• Must be able to attend work regularly and reliably on a part-time schedule for a duration of 8-12 weeks (35-40 hours a week) during the summer months
