Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles is offering a 10-week IT Infrastructure Intern position, providing hands-on experience across IT operations, BI, and Salesforce administration. You will contribute to real projects, learn change control processes, and gain exposure to SAP, PLM, and analytics within a global industrial environment.

The internship includes mentorship, training, and a prepaid stipend, with opportunities to work on development and automation projects and participate in cross-department

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Excel proficiency and exposure to ERP Systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT department with daily activities and special projects to learn IT functions and support business objectives.
• Develop an automated scorecard to balance TSV goals and performance to established targets.
• Document TSV environment by investigating current BI setup including servers, applications, software, and jobs and how they connect to CMBD.
• Work with PLM systems to update and create Teamcenter installation scripts and develop automated reports.
• Develop and implement customizations to TSV systems and platforms.
• Learn Salesforce platform and develop admin understanding of tools.
• Learn change control process through Salesforce and develop, conduct, and implement changes into production.
• Implement changes to developed platforms to assist internal groups and customers with reducing manual processes.
• Gain exposure to business needs by developing and implementing processes and new technologies.
• Support Infrastructure, Security, SAP, PLM or Analytics as needed.
